Wedding Coordination
This is not your momma’s “day-of” package. Because showing up on the day-of the wedding to supervise is far from helpful. We want to know your wedding inside and out and make sure we execute wedding perfection. Beginning at 60 days from your event we will audit your wedding planning, identify gaps, and create a seamless day-of plan to preserve and perfect your vision.

Traditional partial-planning packages start the planning 6 months from your event— not us. We like to get you started on the right foot, helping you confidently plan your wedding from the moment you book. Instead of 6 months of meetings, we offer 6 meetings across our time working together. The number of meetings can be customized to fit your needs if you need more. We will design the perfect package for you with the level of support you need.
Select from a range of services like vendor team curation, design and styling services, decor and rental sourcing, stationery and signage, hotel block reservations, and just about anything else you need for your wedding day.

When should I book my wedding planner?
It’s ideal to hire a wedding planner as soon as you start planning your wedding, ideally 12-18 months in advance. This allows enough time for them to assist with every aspect of your event, from choosing the right vendors to finalizing the details.
How do I book?
Schedule a Discovery Meeting by filling out the form on our website. After our Discovery Meeting we will send you a quote, proposal, & contract. Once your contract is signed and you pay a 25% deposit, you are booked and we can get on to the fun stuff!
Where are you based?
We are based in Kansas City, Missouri- well, technically Lee’s Summit. We end up traveling all over the metro area, parts of Kansas, and Southwest Missouri, going wherever your event takes us.

Yes, wedding planners are experts in budget management. They will help you prioritize funds wisely and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising your vision.
