It is our mission to reclaim wedding planning to make it joyful, creative, and industrious. We are here to serve you as we bring your vision to life with our support, expertise, and encouragement every step of the way.

Meet Your Planner
Hi, I’m Maddie! The creator of Fruitful Wedding + Design! Fruitful started from my passion for making amazing wedding days that allow couples and their families to be fully present to celebrate the joy of getting married. Before switching to plan weddings full-time, I got my social work degree from Missouri State University, and for years, I worked as an advocate for women and children in various settings. I am an advocate to my core, but now I focus my advocating energy on creating incredible wedding and event experiences.
I believe in this life there are so few occasions that we get the opportunity to celebrate, and on those occasions we must celebrate accordingly. I love the marriage story and I believe that it is worth celebrating and that the process should be joyful— because the reason we are having a wedding in the first place is joyful!

Hobbies
You can find me at a sweaty workout class, trying new recipes, listening to audiobooks or a podcast, soaking up some sunshine, engaged in our local church, or watching a comedy special.
Family
I married my husband, Alex, in 2020, and yes, we had a very sticky, outdoor, pandemic-summer wedding. Together we have a wonderfully chunky baby named Jude!

Book your planner first (or as early as you can)! There is so much knowledge to be shared in the early stages of planning and they will help you make the right moves.
