I’ve known Maddie for a long time and it was a no brainer asking her to help coordinate our wedding day. Having her was a must have, she took everything off me and my family’s plate. I mean she did it all just so we could sit back and enjoy that day. She set up the venue exactly how we had envisioned it, she helped me change shoes, coordinate family pictures and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. I am so grateful for her and that she took all the weight of that day so we didn’t have to! Book Maddie you won’t regret it!

“Maddie is seriously the bomb. As someone who had only a 6-month long engagement, with lots of ideas of how I wanted our dream wedding to pan out, I knew that I was going to need a very particular helping hand; thankfully, this girl was just that. Not only are her prices extremely reasonable compared to average market rates for a wedding coordinator, but her overall demeanor makes her a perfect fit for the role. She’s calm, collected, organized, others-focused, readily available whenever you have questions or ideas, your biggest cheerleader, and knows how to roll with the punches. She knew exactly how to balance grace with assertiveness on the day-of, relieving myself and my friends and family members of so many unnecessary responsibilities leading up to and during our wedding day. As someone who enjoys being in control, it felt easy and natural to entrust one of the most important days of my husband and I’s lives to someone who was well-equipped to handle anything we threw at her. If I could go back in time and do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second with inviting Maddie along for the ride. If you’re reading this and were anything like me when wondering “is a wedding coordinator really worth it?” It really truly is, and honestly, let Maddie be the one to do it.”
